Follow up: Did you know that Patrick T. Queenan has declared bankruptcy at least twice. Once again, this is public record. Verify it yourself.

Also, in the course of gathering documents for my trial against Patrick T. Queenan, I found strong evidence that he committed bankruptcy fraud, tax fraud, credit card fraud, and he committed identity theft. He used his deceased father’s identity to help him commit these despicable acts! His father’s name was Patrick F. Queenan and his name is Patrick T. Queenan. It’s amazing how you can make a T. look like an F. and vice versa. Plus Patrick T. Queenan apparently used his deceased father’s date of birth and social security number for his financial well-being.

Please note that I said that I have strong evidence and not proof. To my knowledge, Patrick T. Queenan has yet to be criminally charged for these fraudulent acts.

However, should Patrick T. Queenan wish to dispute the validity of my statements, I would enthusiastically welcome a judge evaluating all of the evidence I have to verify the truth of what I say! Stay tuned…..

I offer my apologies to all of the other Patrick Queenan’s of the world that have the misfortune of sharing the same name as Patrick Timothy Queenan of Beauford Drive in Kirkwood, MO. I had considered Patrick Timothy Queenan to be a friend of mine for almost thirty years. We became business associates in 2010. He ripped me off to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. I sued him and won a jury verdict of $1,637,000. That’s right… I won a jury verdict against him for over 1.5 million dollars. This is all public record and can be found on Missouri Casenet. You can find all the facts of the case by entering case number 16SL-CC00002. It was filed on 12/31/15 in the 21st Judicial Court (St. Louis County). The caption reads Pinnacle Real Estate Holdings LLC, Michael Brandon et al v Patrick T Queenan et al. It went to a jury trial in June 2019 with the jury returning the verdict completely in my favor on 6/7/19 in the amount of $1,637,000.

Furthermore, Patrick Timothy Queenan is being sued by another beneficiary of his parents’ Trust for misappropriation of funds from the Trust and failure to provide an accounting of the funds from the Trust. In fact, when the other beneficiary filed an emergency petition with the Court to have Patrick Queenan removed as Trustee of the Trust, Patrick Queenan actually HID from the process server and then resigned as Trustee of the Trust rather than being forcibly removed by the judge in this case. A third party had to then be assigned to act as Trustee of Queenan’s parents’ Trust. Again, this is all public record! Anyone can get all the details of this case by going to Missouri Casenet and entering case number 18SL-PR00051. It was filed on 1/4/18 in the 21st Judicial Court (St. Louis County). The caption reads Robin Reese V Patrick T. Queenan. This case is still being litigated.

Still further, Patrick T. Queenan has had an order of protection issued against him on 5/16/19 after the Court found that the petitioner had “proven allegations of domestic violence, stalking, and/or sexual assault” against Patrick Timothy Queenan. The Court further found that Patrick Timothy Queenan represented a credible threat to the safety of the petitioner. Again, this is public record and can be found on Missouri Casenet, case number 19SL-PN00890. This was also filed in the 21st Judicial Court (St. Louis County), and the caption reads “Petitioner” v Patrick T. Queenan. Violation of this order is punishable by FOUR YEARS IN JAIL! The law ALSO PROHIBITS PATRICK T. QUEENAN FROM POSSESSING ANY FIREARM FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROTECTION ORDER!

Finally, I have filed a complaint against Patrick T. Queenan with the Missouri Real Estate Commission aka M.R.E.C. The fraud that Queenan perpetrated on me involved misconduct related to his responsibilities as a real estate agent, real estate broker, and property manager. I anticipate that his real estate license(s) will be sanctioned later this year. Stay tuned as I will update this blog once that has occurred. Consider yourself lucky that you have discovered this blog before becoming involved in any way with Patrick T. Queenan who resides on Beauford Drive in Kirkwood, MO. He ripped me off, threatened me, tried to destroy my medical career as a doctor, accused me of breaking into his home and shooting it up with a 9mm handgun, ripped off his own family, and had an order of protection put in place against him for harassing, threatening, and attempting to intimidate another person. Because of that, he forfeited his right to carry or possess any firearm during the duration of the order. If he would act in all of these perverse ways towards a friend of almost thirty years or his family, what do you think he would do to you???
